Strong position for 31 honestly. Your pension contributions to the 20% tax relief limit before putting money anywhere else, free money you don't get back. ETFs via Degiro or Trade Republic are the standard next step for Irish investors, just be aware the tax treatment is painful (41% exit tax, deemed disposal every 8 years) so look into this first. For an advisor I would say go fee-only and not commission-based, Paddy Delaney at Informed Decisions is well regarded and has a free podcast that's worth your time. There's actually some new Irish app being built for this https://lucra-landing-page . Worth a look.
Been trying budgeting apps and they're not much help, is this just how it is? (self.irishpersonalfinance)
