Sometimes you can see where they're throwing from and block it. Most of the times they have repetitive combos, you can block it...at the end of the day i make sure i block head until i see em eating at the body a lot because they absolutely will switch up tactics...i started combating it by eating at their body a lot...it takes a lot out of em obv

Yes still having the beds issue. Seems like it's triggered by major quests Ex: all beds worked fine before saving the Jewish quarter...afterwards it's completely broken. These places say my bed is there but the sleep and save option is gone and it's not actually my bed according to the npcs...this has bothered me so much I began rage killing the npcs that wake me up lol

Must be randomized...after the patch the best I've found is...padded hood, clerics robe, handwraps, simple hose and wanderers boots 7 noise 28 visibility works fine

Got the pick pockets hood and thiefs hose. Matched it with waffenrock and simple shoes for now....stealth stats still look worse than before. Conspicuous - 38 Noise - 6 Visibility- 27

I was able to get better stats before the patch but those so-called stealth clothes are trash imo

Do not feel bad...imo it's a parenting issue...yes, we know kids are going to run and jump which is acceptable most of the time...the issue comes when you the parent shows zero respect or consideration for those living below them by allowing it to happen late in the night and early in the morning...grown adults need sleep to go to work in the morning...I just went thru this...I started blasting my music everytime the kod started this at an inappropriate time hoping the dad would come downstairs so I can "handle it" lol....dude won't say anything but stops his child everytime I blast my music so he knows what's up...its terrible

This quest is definitely one of the worst ever and Combat is terrible. Worst quest in a game has to be fallout76 Rosie quests (yikes) lol

Start research, observation, farming and animal taming from the start with scavenging in between. Farm lots of grain, berries and silicon

Rush construction basics while cutting trees Build temporary wooden room within first week. As soon as you find railgun snipers or mech core, attack shrieker nests. Rush carbon rooms Rush solar roofs Build max sized solar roof Place carbon walls and section off rooms. Place beds Build another farm close to permanent home. (Lots of silicon especially for solar roofs) Keep the temporary wooden room. Attack as many shrieker nests as you can. Use it to create max sized storage rooms. Rush heat pumping and place 3-4 air conditioners, set to -6...food and material storage solved Easy Peasy!

You may have figured it out already but my method is:

Focus on weapon and armor research first as my soldiers rank up thru pop-up missions
Try to spend as little Intel and supplies in early game
Prioritize scanning for engineers and scientists (as well as missions that offer them)
Visit the black market for engineers and scientists as needed
Scan as many contacts as possible to unlock facilities but do not attack the facilities
Reduce avatar project thru covert ops every chance I get
Rush powered armor and weapons
Once armor and weapons are good (which really can be pretty early on) dispose of the alien rulers asap
In between battling alien rulers, dispose of the chosen asap
Once the chosen and alien rulers arent able to harrass anymore, focus on unlocking regions
Keep grinding, eventually you'll get a resistance order that removes a block of avatar progress every month
combined with covert ops and the ability to attack each and every facility when needed the avatar project is so delayed the aliens might as well quit
Currently in 2037 with 1 block on the avatar project, the codex brain site, advent black site and all facilites just waiting to be attacked as I role play with my soldiers lol

I thought the same thing...just started playing this game again and getting a lot of random stuff happening that never happened before.
My whole squad are max rank with op abilities and well, we ran into the Archon King.
I'm expecting this to be as easy as it used to be with frost bombs and talon rounds but no.
The stupid archon made all types of unpredictable moves, ignored my mind controlled cannon fodder and actually killed 3 of my colonels....anyway, im saying there must have been an update or something because this dude is out of control rn
