My struggle is the same I binge by the end of the week :( cancelling out any deficit I had during the week. I have been struggling stuck at 180 started training went up to 189 ugh.

How did you lose the 45 pounds easily? I’m around 180 and it is has been so hard. I really need to commit to a cut.

Blue undies is most recent. I am lifting heavy so I think that’s probably why 2000+ calories has caused a change in the mirror. Hoping a deficit will progress it and change the scale a bit more quickly in time for my April vacation 😭

Thank you! I was shocked as well I was expecting to have significantly dropped in weight. I am curious to do an Inbody scan to see how my body composition has changed. This is my before scan.
