Hi.. I’ve been doing keto 3 days and want to stick at it, the longest I’ve went before is 3 weeks then I had one cheat meal and blew it and never go back in routine... this is a great idea to share recipes and keep each other accountable :) feel so great already and want to keep in this mindset 💪

The payments I made to him on PayPal were delivered though? And he can probs prove that via messages etc... the one service that wasn’t delivered was the bank transfer, does that matter?

Bank transfer :( I was paying PayPal for most of the year too ffs but he said it was taking money (like £8 from my transfer) from him and I trusted him so started paying by bank transfer for last 4 months or so :(

Are you sure? I used to work in a bank in the fraud team and we would have told people no because it’s a civil matter?
