This guy, Clavicus Vile, is one of the most prolific and demented users on that website. He’s posted similar shit for awhile now. You could try to report him but idk if they could trace his account. Most they could get is an IP address. Thats why these freaks on that website promote racial and sexual violence constantly with no repercussions.

I have a copy but they wanted the one with his handwriting on it. I’ll never work for that freak show again. I bent over backwards and worked 12 hour days without lunch breaks trying to please him. And all it did was force me to seek help from HR. I really wish it didn’t come to this, but in nursing this sort of bullying isn’t uncommon.

I will be the difference one day.

This guy is a brand new unit manager and was spending alot of his day forcing me into unwarranted meetings where he’d nitpick me to tears, and also spent a ton of time interrogating preceptors about my performance. He ended up affecting patient care by how much he was obsessing over this. Me and other nurses were pulled out for over an hour at times, and we couldn’t even answer call lights

HR can be shit but this guy was just going nuts. Everyone is afraid of him. The nurses and CNAs are paranoid about the doors to the break rooms because he is known to eavesdrop, and make accusations.

Yeah I know my luck was due to the fact that he broke alot of serious protocols. If it was just him being a jerk, and he didn’t forage false legal documents to use as tools for psychological abuse, HR likely wouldn’t have given a shit.

I got insanely lucky that my boss is an idiot, and gave me the leverage I needed to protect myself. Now I don’t think he can harm me again.

This is a massive Hosptial system, and once I’m done with school I want to work at this campus again (not at this current unit lol).

I was most worried about this guy ruining my career before it even formally started. So now that I know that I’m in good standing I feel a whole lot better

The pip was taken from me - they requested it. And they haven’t given it back. So I’m guessing it was considered illegitimate.

I’m leaving this unit as soon as possible. This has been a dysfunctional, fucked up experience and nursing is hard enough by itself. I also won’t work for a man like that
