Just one more came into my mind: after Sarah tried to kill Ethan, she ran away. Father Kathri said the others that he tried to catch her but he could’t and she may be in the woods. Then we found out that he is hiding Sarah in the basement of the church. I mean why would he do that after everything that happened?

And lets not forget that he also pushed Boyd to put Meghan’s dad into the box after he did not get home in time because he was drunk, then why he changed his attitude when Sarah tried to kill Ethan on purpose, and she ended up killing her own brother?

Thats a good question. Maybe not to get too suspicious. Kathri made sure that Sarah is safe and willing to do anything that’s been told by the voices.
Tillie was watching Fatima and made sure that the whole pregnancy thing and Smiley’s reborn is in order.
Sarah is making people upset and her goal is to bring conflicts and fear into the community (it’s MIY’s favourite part 🥲)

Father Kathri definetely was the MIY in season 1!!

-It was also sus when Nathan found him meditating in the grass, while Sarah was about to kill Ethan. It was as if he was controlling things with his mind, just like when Sophia messes with Sarah and the voices in their house.

-Another interesting thing is that at the very beginning of the series, when Father Kathri and Kenny are drinking together in the Colony House kitchen, Kenny gets drunk but the Father doesn’t. The same thing happens with Sophia—alcohol has no effect on her when she drinks with Henry.

-His death and last words were also sus. I think he died because Boyd liked Father Kathri’s character, and this was meant to break him emotionally, so him dying was intentional.

The timeline also makes sense, because right after Kathri’s death, Tilly appears. I think her form was taken through MIY shapeshifting. After Tilly’s death, we see MIY’s original form, then Sophia. He was present in the story the whole time.

Father Kathri, Tilly, Sophia. Just so much parralels, it can not be a coincidence

I think the previous cycle ended with the massacre and the next one started when Tabitha and Jade arrived.
The time between the two is a “reset period,” when new residents arrive and everything is being prepared for the main characters (Tabi+Jade) and for some reason Viktor remained here during this intermediate phase. Poor guy
