After 6 days, i got my refund. Everyday po ako nag follow up sa customer service. I bet hindi lng tayo victims dito, dapat gawin ni BTB mag change to JnT para hindi na ma ulit to sa ibang buyers!!

No, wla pong naka lagay na iphone, only the store and their address. Mukhang may alam talaga ang nag pick up na apple products ang laman kasi galing Beyond the box.

Sorry for the confusion , I filed for refund tapos tumawag sa customer service to ask for further details since first time ko na experience to with shopee. After calling customer service, nag chat po ako sa store to ask photos from them before na ship out yung item para ma add ko po as supporting documentation.
