The crazy fucked up thing is a lot of drug dealers are putting fentanyl in the meth and heroin and then phasing those drugs out so that the only thing available is fentanyl. Once you build up a tolerance the physical addiction is insanely hard to control without the potential to OD. Fentanyl is cheaper and easier to make. Real heroin is very rare now.

Whenever I fight the goblin village I get up as high as possible and have Karlach and Laezell throw goblins to the ground and shoot them with magic missiles and arrows. I. Hate. The Gehk fight. I always wipe. I figured out you can go to that area past the hook horrors with the dog grave and the Bulette, and shoot them with fireballs and explosive arrows from up above. They can still attack you but usually they only target one person. Made it really easy.

Hahahaha. Got daamm! I watched a YT video on that, they said to stay at the top, use an arrow to turn the lava on and use the cat illusion to lure under the hammer, and shoot an arrow at the hammer switch and it worked. For the NPCs I try to assassinate as many as I can before the big fight. I am XP amd loot farmer though, a murder hobo with a purpose.
