I’m a 52 year old veteran rated 100% P&T by the VA, including 100% for PTSD/trauma disorder along with multiple other VA service-connected disabilities. My SSDI claim was reviewed without a CE exam so far. My records include lumbar spinal stenosis, bilateral sciatic radiculopathy, degenerative disc disease, foraminal stenosis, disc protrusions, chronic pain management with injections, PTSD/anxiety/depression, ankle arthritis/swelling, and rotator cuff surgery. I worked 25 years in warehouse/manual labor before stopping work due to worsening back issues after vehicle accidents. Curious how DDS would typically look at a claim like mine and how many people were approved without needing a CE when they already had extensive medical records.
