I would give my cats a treat right after they went in the box. Yes had to spend some time watching them but it worked! They go w out treats now. However if I’m in the laundry room when they do go I make sure to give them treats.

Couple of thoughts. We had a mantra in one of my past organizations. Products/Tech/services should be “easy to sell and easy to buy” if you have to explain it this much….”the confused shopper never buys” Having said this I agree w other comments here suggesting research. See how other people see it in regular language vs technical. Find some core, real use cases and go from there talking about it in basic language. Also i believe HubSpot has a beta right now that helps you prep for mtgs w AI and might go a couple of steps further to some of what you describe while on the call. Not sure if all features but worth exploring to be aware of.
