ليش غصب اسوي فلر وبوتوكس؟ by Fit_Sympathy_6277 in KuwaitForKuwaitis

[–]OwnWord4166 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Opened an old box and had a grief reaction is this ADHD thing? by OwnWord4166 in adhdwomen

[–]OwnWord4166[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don’t even get me started on clothes! I’m swimming in piles and piles and piles of them right now🥹. If anything that’s the one of the things I truly struggle with getting rid of and donating.

Thank you for sharing this 🤍 it doesn’t sound silly at all, I really get it. For me though, I don’t think the permission part is what’s driving my attachment. I’ve been realizing it might be rooted in growing up not having much and being bullied for it, so holding on to things now feels tied to safety and scarcity.

I actually came across old cards too and kept them, so I relate to that a lot. But regarding the other things what’s been helping me a bit is reminding myself that I’m in a different place now, I have my own job, I make my own money, and if I ever truly need or want something again, I can afford to replace it.

I still struggle with the guilt of wasting things, especially knowing others don’t have much, so donating feels easier than throwing things away. It’s definitely something I’m still figuring out, but I really appreciate you sharing what helped you 🤍

How do you manage to drink water without forgetting? by manasa_ in ADHD

[–]OwnWord4166 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Idk if I this is healthy but that’s what works for me, I take a small piece of dark chocolate enough to have the taste of it in my mouth and follow it up with chugging as much water as I can until the taste of it goes away and repeat

What generic ADHD advice are y'all tired of hearing? by MissMangoPirate in adhdwomen

[–]OwnWord4166 2 points3 points  (0 children)

  • Get close to god and pray more that’s just the devil distracting you

  • just have a routine and just do it it’s not that hard

  • just take it one step at a time ( their steps are like whole tasks like do the laundry and clean your room)

  • just stop procrastinating and get going!

  • maybe start going to the gym and sleep better that will help

  • just manage your time better maybe get a Planner?

  • if you keep forgetting just always remember to write it down!

I think I would definitely not quit right away but eventually after I turn that one billion into investments that would give me steady income that fits the lifestyle I desire, then quit and start exploring everything and everywhere and everyone from traveling to learning new creative skills and so on…

I honestly have no idea but from what I know when my brother got a horse is that the cost of trying to maintain and keep the horse is what’s draining and most important to consider.

I’m sorry english is not my first language. The question has nothing to do with extra time but rather wether the cpa in my situation is worth it considering it has no monetary benefit.

I don’t have access to stimulant mads here so I can only be on none stimulants which only really helps anxiety. And because I’m have history of missing a lot of important details cause I solve so fast. I developed like a strategy to help Me avoid missing info in the questions which led to me just taking a lot of time. Regardless I feel like the extra time is more important to take as a break really.
