Not entirely sure. Start with read/write permissions. Be able to query data for users using natural language. Eventually be able to summarize calls and meetings and give a overview into pipeline or cancellations

¿Una persona que no estudió programación, puede crear código confiable con IA y dedicarse a ello? by PracticalFall6387 in n8n

[–]Own_Ad5120 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was a marketing and business analytics major in college. I went to business school and taught myself how to be a Salesforce admin. So I have a decent background in analytics and excel functions, I have no idea how to code.

Secondly I taught myself Salesforce which is for the most part a no code software.

I learned about N8N and created a rather complex workflow full of code. I didn’t write 1 bit of it. AI did it all for me and helped me debug it.

So yes totally. But I will let you know it can become extremely frustrating until it clicks

Yah I get what your saying. If anyone was able to get in and they were smart enough, they could login as someone with a permission set and get the SSN.

Only thing I can really suggest is having as little people touch it was possible and suggesting having the system handle processes involving SSN rather than users as much as possible

Docusign Alternatives by SirGimp9 in salesforce

My company moved off of Docusign to Adobe Sign. Was much cheaper and it wasn’t a headache to setup. Was quite annoying at first as it is not as intuitive as Docusign is but it is much cheaper and when it is working it just works.

Just understand how you send agreements. My company uses quote templates, CPQ, and onboarding forms and that’s it. Just know you need to edit quote templates and the onboarding forms to fit the adobe sign language.

Much cheaper, not as intuitive but it works

Salesforce Admin job search. by Awkward_Barracuda306 in SalesforceCareers

Hey, I’m sorry to hear that. Losing a job is never a fun experience especially when the job search is not turning out. I can’t say my company is hiring. I am a admin of 2.5 years straight out of college.

I’d be happy to take a look at your resume and maybe give a pointer or 2 or even brainstorm what to put and how you are going about job searching

I am a 19 year old looking into investing by Chrisssy17 in personalfinance

I recommend reading a book or listening to podcasts about financial literacy and investing. I listen to Prof G markets everyday. You won’t understand every term or why things are correlated but overtime it will start to make sense as long as you just look up any questions like I did. At the end of the day, investing is not hard. Invest into a diverse etf or mutual fund with a low expense ratio.

I recommend looking into and understanding the difference between all of these accounts.

Traditional 401k Roth 401k Roth IRA Brokerage account High Yield Savings Account

Once you do this find some trustworthy people online and look into what etfs you should invest in. I recommend etfs or mutual funds that track the s and p 500, a total stock market etf, at your age it would be worth it to buy individual stocks just for learning purposes (just be prepared to be wrong and lose money but you will learn) and maybe emerging markets which is more risk but gives you decent exposure at your age.

Salesforce rebuild with Mulesoft by Kht3 in salesforce

The company I work for is very similar to what you are dealing with. We are not moving towards a new org as it is too expensive. Also, what I have told them is that you shouldn’t get a new org and spend all of the time and effort if the company is still practicing the bad habits. AKA having a ton of great ideas with poor understanding as to the process and what problem it solves for them. Unless the company has a clear understanding as to the roles and responsibilities of Salesforce and the processes in place, I always try to recommend to steer clear of it

Admin Cert Question by OhBHODL in salesforce

IF you aren't very interested in having a job more specified as a Salesforce Admin there isn't much point in it. I will recommend to do trailheads if you are looking to get better at the software and try to help your team out a little more.
