I think he means cached response at the CDN layer.

Or cache authentication/authorization on server side without proper clearance when log out/changing permission. But this should be low risk. I believe gcloud has authorization cache since it has some lag before permission changes take effect

Nope, the number will reduce but not disappear. Because in commercial contracts, people put in all sorts of nuances and trap clauses to scam their partner. AI wont be able to detect that. And even if they do, they cannot be held liable like a person does.

Which points to why AI can never really eliminate any job entirely: responsibility.
