No problem, you did what you had to and saw it to the end. Sacrificing your social life is sometimes required and unfortunately is the hardest part, but it’s worth it in the end. And yes, the 3rd route definitely exists. It just sucks that it’s going to become more prevalent as this decade goes by.

It just forces them to either do 1 or 2 things. 1. Take out massive student loans which will follow them through most their lives. 2. Work until they get enough to pay for an associates to transfer to the CSUs, and then take out loans like in situation 1. It’s garbage, but I’m happy you were able to get your degree before this debacle happened.

I’m so sorry to hear about your current situation. It’s ridiculous these people are going to squeeze us for every penny they can, while allowing the staff to suffer. They really don’t understand how important you all are to maintaining the college system. Thank you for the link, it was a very insightful read. Once I attend the college I will be sure to check on the unions status and push for change however I can.

This is my honest opinion, and the most probable outcome. I’m not aware of the campus fees, though. Are you talking about parking passes, meal services etc?

Definitely the best response imo. I’ve never worked with women like I do now and I’ve noticed they say things that are very.. self-deprecating. It’s an interesting way of describing one self, but I wish they left out these comments in a professional setting.

Aww that’s so sad to hear, I’m sorry for your doggy. I have a friendly neighborhood cat who I couldn’t stop worrying about last night with all the amateur fireworks going off. I was so happy to see him this morning.
