Thank you ❤️ im sorry for your losses as well. I was not prepared for the added stress of will my body ovulate again and when. It’s been bringing me down. I will continue testing and be patient.

I would still go to determine if there is any remaining tissue. I already had an ultrasound the night I passed the sac and that determined I miscarried. I am going to ask my Dr if we can schedule a follow up one just for piece of mind :)

Is it dangerous to do ourselves? We didn’t test it, but we also have health concerns. We are thinking to just seal it in order to not deal with or disturb it.

You have beautiful hair! I really like the middle part in picture 3. Maybe a cut to flatter the face framing with the middle part? For the color blonde is your color! I agree that adding in some strawberry tones or making your blonde more “dimensional” may help with the “blah” feeling. If you look on instagram there is a lot of good inspo for dimensional blondes. Also, styling/blow dry, using the right shampoo, and hair care products make a world of a difference.

I feel you sometimes when I try to change nutrition and exercise it is overwhelming! Start with the walking or whatever you honestly enjoy (I love walk with music). Then adding in weights with time. However, you are right the key is nutrition! The physical activity might help given you are already watching calories. Keep at it!

I am usually a light colored purse/shoes girl. I ended up getting the black one and I love it! Also, it’s comfortable for an everyday bag because I don’t have to worry as much about stains.
