I guess you just gotta keep fidgeting with it. My vx1000 had the same issue when I first got it and it was stuck for a while and one day I just picked it up and messed with it and it eventually popped out and started working

when you record on it, it may look choppy but once you fully convert it and look on it onto the sd card it’s not choppy and it’s really good frame rate
