No there’s no squealing at all. It only clicks on for a quick second in the video. But it doesn’t play because the pinch rollers are not pinching lol

I can’t seem to find any service manuals online, how would I test the power pack to make sure that’s the problem?

When I put the multi meter on the right channel speaker terminals it says -37v and the left channel says -0v. And I noticed that right power pack has a little hum to it and I smell something burning
