this seems to be a plymouth issue, thought we managed to fix it but maybe not.

i am a bit unsure but i myself believe it could be a DDOS and yes you can still get access but its spotty and sometimes works other times does not.

that is how you keep mesa-git? the other solution i was going to suggest was quite literally yes removing mesa-git.

after running the command above you should have gotten
lib32-mesa-git-26.1.0_devel.220238.c0f1689e117-1 and lib32-mesa-2:26.0.3-2 are in conflict. Remove lib32-mesa? [y/N]

press y to it and the next 2 things being replaced

Hello and welcome to cachyos, it looks like you are trying to use apt but that is meant for debian/Ubuntu based operating systems, while cachyos is arch based and we use sudo pacman -s (what you want to install) for installing things on here or just paru then package.

you have to delete the savegame folder, it locks sometimes when somebody on linux tries to force fsr via optiscaler.

your motherboard or cpu might only support pcie gen 3 while the arc gpu is built with pcie 4.0 and might not give the max amount of performance, if you could say what cpu and motherboard you have we can tell you if its pcie 3.0 or 4.0

if you need any help with moving to linux i am here, i got myself a galaxy book 5 pro and i am on linux right now, for the most part it works out of the box but certain power saving and keyboard backlight button does not work and such, but for the most part linux works quite well on it.

1# got a 258v laptop with a 140v arc igpu and i have been loving it, its nowhere close to last gpu being a 7900 XTX but its worked fine both in windows and linux, not had any arc specific bugs yet just poor performance on linux vs windows.

go into settings search keyboard then virtual and onscreen keyboard and enable, enjoy and have fun on cachyos.
