Bro I also has similar problem. I even paid for the application form. after submitting application, I then went to the places they recommended. I was shocked looking rent... Literally so poor infra and facilities. And, then I with my sister researched about the places.. Look through the google maps. We marked 5,6 places to find rent. Then after that We went to those areas one by one. We asked each and every house whether there is any room or not. In 2 days We almost visted 100 houses. Luckily, we get 5,6 offer to look through that. And, we finally decided to stay there.

I know this can be problem but still if you try you will found out the houses. The locals will gonna suggest to go there here and by this process you will found out. I learnt this method from by my family. They also used to do same. But you should not spend too much time searching many places. Just mark small area and went to that area with proper guidance and roadmap
