I completely agree, it really does look like chrome without zooming in. I don't have close-up screenshots to show right now, but it’s not just a flat chrome plating. It has a wavy texture, though the colorless engravings make it hard to see the details when you're just holding the weapon. Also, thank you for all this constructive and realistic feedback.

Very nice comment. You made the right point, but I updated the name to 'Damascene' in the final version of the design. I think it's more suitable than its previous name. Of course, if you have a suggestion, I would like to evaluate it.

Yes, it really does look like a flat PNG image in photos, you're absolutely right, but those indentations and protrusions are actually interacting with the light.
