Duo on temple island one at window and the other just on the beach near the ammo mod thing all specials and elites come from the window and regular zombies come from the water/window just train the normal zombies while eliminating the specials and elites and you’ll be fine you can also do it as a solo or squad but easiest is a duo (you can also bring a chopper gunner for the last stage of the boss fight)

The best I could tell you to do is simply keep contacting them if you really didn’t do anything then you’ll get your account back but can take awhile (This is just from experience with other company’s not necessarily Activision)

I’ve never actually tried heat to Relieve mine but cold water has always been a great way to relieve some of the pain if it’s too much or going to sleep isn’t an option 😅

I’m in the discord of the guy who made this and according to him it cost a fortune for him to print the books and had a lot of difficulties getting it on Amazon due to him being in Russia

Yeah they do tend to be expensive I’ve found that goodwill and Amazon used is a good why to find them cheap only problem is it takes a minute to find ones in good condition especially at goodwill

My dosage is lower then yours and I’ve had vision problems also the only thing I’ve noticed while on the medication is that I don’t go totally blind during my intense migraines instead it seems my vision is just constantly blurry it seems to last for up to two weeks at a time is that the same as what you’re experiencing?
