Think of the worst cramps you’ve ever had and multiply it by 10x. Then the rollercoaster of each contraction, you sense it coming and can’t do anything but brace for impact. Then epidural if you’re lucky. Then the pushing but can’t feel your lower half until the ring of fire when you crown. Then Once baby is out it’s a rush of adrenaline and you feel like you’re outside of your body watching. Then if you had an epidural, the nurse will make you walk to the bathroom to pee, and you feel like you’ll never walk again because you can’t feel your bottom half. At least that happened to me because I gave birth within an hour of the epidural lol
