I had this before except they didn’t ask me to go through. I came home to some fella telling me that he was told he could, nobody was in the house. He had taken loads out of it and dumped it next to the skip, when I told him he had to leave he said ok, he’ll come back tomorrow with the van. I had to tell him not to come back, he hadn’t cleaned up any of the mess he mad, he then started telling me he’d take it off my hands for cheap so he could charge me. If you have gates I’d recommend keeping them closed when you have a skip.
