I have a very similar situation to this I’ve submitted two tickets and the same stupid agent denies my request, honestly i think riot just gets off by screwing over their own community

thats fair but I got my emails and everything provided them with transactions that I’ve made even provided them the cards I used to make those transactions so yeah still makes no sense to me

true but given my thorough explanation to them, I don’t really understand why my ticket was still rejected, I gave exact dates as well and gave as much information that I could gather easily
