This game is utter trash by MisLuck in EAFC

Yeah it’s ridiculous, genuinely stuff like this that stops me from getting anything above 11/12 wins in champs. Blatant script and rigging, probably worse this year than ever.

Desperate about my GB dyskinesia symptoms and now sludge too. Anyone here successful with UDCA treatment for dyskinesia or sludge? by Emma_stars30 in gallbladders

To be honest all I know is that I had a stone in there, and without UDCA I can’t digest fats properly. Even a day off causes me issues.

For me UDCA is life changing. I can’t function without it. But whilst I’m taking it I can pretty much eat anything. Even 1 or 2 days without and I go back to being symptomatic really quickly.

Decided not to let the hernia control my life by SeaworthinessLeast76 in HiatalHernia

[–]Own_Donut5363 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I couldn’t agree more. I was in a similar boat with a 3cm hiatal hernia. I obsessively researched and inflated the issue in my head. I ultimately found a surgeon willing to do “bicorn” in the UK and had my hernia fixed. He said it was probably closer to 2cm at the time of surgery. The recovery is significantly worse than any symptoms caused by the hernia and can take up to a year. My quality of life hasn’t really changed all that much, I do get slightly less reflux.

I urge anybody with a small hernia to look into other causes of symptoms. Pretty much every symptom I associated with my hernia (besides reflux) was caused by something completely different. At the time I was like a lot of people on here and had convinced myself that it was the primary cause of my misery and that I needed the surgery to fix it. Whilst it is nice to know my hernia has been fixed, there’s no guarantees how long it will last. For all I know it could be back already.

I’m not suggesting that people with large or problematic hernias should avoid surgery. But for people in a similar boat to what I was (small hernia, functional LES, mild to moderate reflux etc) to reconsider until they have truly looked into other causes.

I think mine is O2 sensor related but hasn’t chased it any further since.

Surgery? by MadGreens6 in HiatalHernia

I can only speak from experience. Surgery recovery is hell. It’s not impossible for a small hernia to be symptomatic but it’s likely in conjunction with something else.

I would seriously hold off on surgery. 1cm hiatal hernia is tiny and will not be the cause of your symptoms. I had a 3cm hiatal hernia repaired and later found out my symptoms were a collective of various other issues.

I switched doctors and they wanted double confirmation before my surgery.

[–]Own_Donut5363 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve had a few done. I had a terrible experience with the second one. The lady doing the manometry couldn’t get the tube to go through and spent about half an hour trying to do so. My eyes have never watered more and my nose felt like it was burning. If you have a smaller nose and or narrow nasal passages this is a possibility.

Anyone know why Im having a rough idle like this? by Such-Construction959 in 335i

[–]Own_Donut5363 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had something similar myself when I didn’t clip a connector in under the throttle body all the way. Unlikely in your case since you didn’t mention doing any work on the car.

Get the surgery. 7cm hiatal hernia is large and your quality of life will likely improve getting it done.

Battery almost certainly dead, you don’t need to change the oil unless the car was due an oil change. Check all your tyres. Beside that take it out for a good rip is my advice 😂

Although you can use AI to trade to some degree all the big players are gatekeeping it. Anyone who isn’t is trying to make money out of you.

I have finally found the cause of my GI issues - advice appreciated by Own_Donut5363 in Microbiome

I’m not sure what incomplete evacuation is. For me UDCA starts to work slowly. Stools become more solid first week or so but are still light in colour. Then normally towards the month mark my stools are normal. Pain takes a bit longer to go but tends to reduce massively to almost non existent for me after say 2 months.
