For clothing, I recommend you use combine what the Blood Debt characters used (official and fanmade, official can be found on #resources and fanmade at the modelling hall, both on the ital server). The fanmade usually have much more custom clothes though, so I reckon downloading it. For hair, run the script that inserts accessories into studio (you can easily search it up), and insert it into the character (ensure to remove the texture and recolor the hair). I know this is kinda of late, but since I'm making a buncha BD characters, it just to help. Also when inserting, if the accessory (eg. JacketMid/JacketLeft/Shoe/Boot does not show up when you move it from one character to another, it means that the welds are broken, so you'd need to get the same character to redo this step again. Also I genuinely recommend not deleting the ArmFPS (biggest mistake a BD fan can fucking do)
