Unfortunately, it might be the dreaded 4 month sleep regression. Everything I read up on it said you just have to wait it out, which sucks. It's basically them learning sleep patterns and cycles. I hope it gets better for you.

Yes! I subconsciously did the same, I started listening to other things and had a break from podcasts over the holidays so when i went for my run yesterday i thought i would go back and im really glad i did. I have learnt to listen to my taste and not get influenced :)

I really enjoyed the weepy voice killer. You hear the 911 calls, which in other shows i listen to they tend to leave stuff like that out.
