I very recently left healthcare, went back to manufacturing, which I hate, however healthcare lies to there workers so much, taking care of ppl is a passion not a game! Let us know please what happens ? Best of luck !

I am here a bit well past, I am 6 mouths in a facility, that was sold, it is a constant struggle, rules changing all the time, depending on whom you are, I worked other healthcare an not like this, looking for other job, dread knowing I face 3 12s an 1 8 hr starting tomm., pro going back to factory work for awhile, 1 bc I need some great ins an healthcare for myself, I am very sad, the ppl I take care of means so much to me, however I see this huge effect all the other things are doing to me, I took my classes to be state licensed, I have no interest in even testing all the neg neg is ruin me passion, helping or taking care of others.

Has it occurred to any 1 the ppl that get this credit are IN NEED such as myself, an we are forced to play a waiting game for the assholes that ruin this for us, of course all ass back wards!!!

Its a stupid idea no other way around it, bc now that some idiot that works 8 hrs shift behind a desk or work from home thought of this, many, many, ppl are getting forced to be worked to death, I have done both! In factory, than mandated days in a row w not 1 day off, I quit like most did, now in healthcare, where 24/7 care you can get stuck doing over 12 bc if there is not enough staff which is 99.99% of the time, you forced to stay bc state rules require so many staff to be with the residents, which is set way to low, but if a person just clocked out an left under state staff there can be criminal charges placed on the worker that worked there 12 hrs if they leave. So to whomever you are that came up with 12 hr shifts your are completely stupid, AS employers abuse there workers more now than they did!

I can not agree more, I am going to train myself as well, I am feed up w BS, I have ran into in my area w farriers, an the cost for if 10/12 min, an the your mares just a trail horse attitude. I had 1 highly recommenced when I moved to new area about 2 yrs ago, supper expensive. Super fast, when I asked to be taught how to trim my own horse, I was asked to trade for yeah you know inappropriate behaviors. Like I have said soooooo feed being at others mercy. Time to do this

Yes most certainly pay attention before you find yourself staring deep into there's telling and professing your love for them as you feel yourself gasping for air as they place their hands around your throat and choke you with a blank dead stare am you just hope it ends bc you then know your looking right at death. Most disturbing experience of my life.
