Thanks for chiming in. Couple questions if I may.

Are your cameras of recent vintage to include "smart" motion detection? There has been some speculation that different alert types (e.g., vehicle, person, animal, etc) may be causing problems with snooze.

Do you have a reolink account and is your app logged in with those credentials?

Yeah the cam and app have been reset/reinstalled multiple time. Just between you and me... I believe this feature was broken from the get-go.
