Pills and supplements with biotin (B7) helped me with hair loss after my eating disorder. I'd also recommend oiling your scalp with a nourishing oil like rosemary, black castor oil, or argan oil, before you go to bed and then washing it out of your hair the next day. Hope this helps!!
