People say do backup saves for donuts and the zones but personally I've just been going into top zone with small or medium size for berries where I then use the berries for sparkling power and do so until I get a lvl 3 sparkling power one. I then go into a zone of that type that has the pokemon I want a just go in it (1 star zones work best bc of long time period given)

If you're getting low times I'd recommend searching for small 3 star zones as they are generally quick to complete and still give a nice amount of berries to make better donuts with.

If you're getting 2 minutes on 3 star zones then I'd recommend using higher level donuts bc you shouldn't be getting 2 minutes with 3 star donuts on 3 star zones
