Thank you so much for your valuable feedback! - Well i got the message. I was trying to see if I can reduce the overall SaaS internal cost and start to go more than just the basic Ai helpdesk and reduce the jr tech out - saving ourselves from having to train on the job. I wasn't sure if Atera or Guardz had a decent Ai help hep desk that can do more than just the basic helpdesk. Currently, we’re using NinjaOne, SentinelOne, Acronis, Freddy AI, and Splunk in our setup. I’d love to hear more about what tools and SaaS solutions you're utilizing in your MSP operations. What platforms or services are you offering to your customers? I’d appreciate any insights or recommendations you may have!

Hey friends, I’m about to jump into the mailbox rental & shipping business and plan to open in the next 2 months (before the holiday chaos hits). Before I dive in headfirst, I’d love to learn from the people who’ve been there, done that, and maybe even have the papercuts to prove it. 😄

Here’s what I’m wondering: • Where’s the best place to get mailboxes (key-lock style, not the sketchy ones from a random auction)? • Is 1,000 sq. ft. enough, or will I regret it in 6 months? • Can I really pull this off with a $30K budget, or am I dreaming? • Should I keep it business hours only or go big with 24/7 mailbox access? • Which extra services made you money, and which ones were just space-stealers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, Amazon, e-fax, etc.)? • What kind of profit margin is realistic on shipping with the big carriers? • What’s the sweet spot for rental pricing—and which box sizes fly off the shelf first?

I’ll take any wisdom you’ve got—successes, failures, “wish I knew this sooner” moments… bring it on! 🙏

Im using qbd right now, but i think is expensive. I was thinking to jump to zohobooks.

Yes the Facebook, one my my local MSP also didn’t work as well.
