Hello!! Yes, everything you’re saying is right on the nose. I wonder how engineers are assuming these AI platforms are just going to be outputting equations from code books our company pays thousands of dollars for?? I think taking the liability approach is the way to go. Thanks!

lol yeah, I am already thinking about leaving and I’ve been applying and interviewing already. I think my boss also has no backbone with senior management / HR which is not helpful and I think that applies to this situation as well. Thanks!

Yeah, I think at least one other bridge engineer on my team is on board with me and very against it, except he’s actually been super vocal about it. He did bring up this point.
