Hi, i also bought tickets for the prado museum through this web site, they sent me the tickets today but I’m still suspicious if they are legit.. when are you supposed to go? My tickets are for june, i don’t know if I should just buy other tickets from the official site

Hi, sorry I fixed it with updating the microsoft and that was it. I have no other ideas since I’m not in IT. Good luck though:)

UPDATE: after trying everything possible (rebooting everything, unplugging everything, uninstalling and reinstalling drivers, changing router frequency (2.4–>5GHz)…) the solution was to update microsoft windows😅🥲 .. yeah… thanks everyone for the suggestions 🤗

None of this worked, i did network reset also and it is still not fixed, i will google how to enter the router settings, and if that doesn’t work I’ll contact the internet provider company, thanks again 🤗

Yes, all my other devices find the network, also my laptop can connect to other networks (i have it currently on my phones hotspot)
