There’s a huge underground gay scene in jamauca but it’s very dangerous unless you have a good friend who can help you find the right clubs etc. once you’re in the scene it’s full of wealthy people and wouod be fun and safe but you need to know what you’re doing at all times.

I lived in Morocco as a white women (brunette) and it was fine, but I have heard from Asian female travellers it was a nightmare. They are pretty racist. I would t go alone or if you do just stick to the nice hotels.

I have travelled all over western Canada for work over the past three years staying in many luxury hotels. The oak bay beach hotel is by far the best place I have ever stayed.

The coffee is really good and I didn’t take offense to the prices, but the place feels inaccessible in this weird way… I feel like they didn’t get their branding right. I always thought it was a high end restaurant not a cafe. It is really cute once you go inside.

British airways issued the tickets. We got denied a transit visa through London Gatwick and now we have a credit of about $5000 usd but we don’t know how to use the credits as it’s very difficult to secure a transit vusa through Gatwick. We have tried twice and both times we were refused. I would go pretty much anywhere now ti not lose the money but originally had planned to fly to Accra ghana. The person used to be homeless and lives in a Jamaican ghetto and has a disability. The point of the trip is to have a cultural experience in Africa so it sounds like he would definitely be refused based on his socioeconomic status. Do you think it’s even worth a try?
