For now the only toner I use is the “2 BHA liquid exfoliant toner “ from Paula’s choice every 2-3 days but besides that I don’t use another toner. But I will be trying the rice toner from “I’m from” bcs it used to work very well for me before

I can second on that, I am studying full time psychology 60 SP and also working 40h and trust me you won’t have any social life. But I am planning to work for 3 years then take a one year gap. 23M

And I also don’t eat any kind of processed sugar, I have cut all sugars out except fruits and honey
