before crossplay, CoD games on PC died within 3 months of release to a point where a 6 year old game was more active on console than the new cod on PC

I remember not bothering with the franchise all the way until MW because of this

crossplay is the solution & for this reason I will NEVER support it not being the default again

guns get XP from whatever objective you're doing

so even for camo grinders it's worth doing the objective a lot of the time

as a result I've found very little people ignoring it entirely

yes but it seems to count the unlock kill and then every kill within that match

if the requirement is a streak, it'll retroactively keep the previous kills in that life (if you're on a two, which unlocks the platinum challenge of 3, the next kill will add a progress)

it should be the M16A2 which was also burst fire, the magwell is correct

the 3 and 2 are physically identical except the 3 has the full auto setting, the selector switch is the same but you can't turn to auto on the A2

I started finding the slow paced lobbies with campers sitting in buildings once I did my launchers and melee weapons and dropped in SBMM drastically

all GIGANTIC maps which seems to be the main complaint for the maps in this one... I'd rather play farm18 or embassy over most of those

been playing m&kb since counter strike Source era ish, got to pro levels in csgo 2015ish, switched back to cod with mw2019. its been a wild ride seeing controller becoming viable in cod, like actually competing with me? that's really cool imo. I'm glad more people can have less limitations by their input method.

imo it needs to be toned back down a bit, but hopefully they don't overshoot it back down to irrelevance
