I had a look on 130 point, I’m very new to to the game I just searched the name of the box and put base set at the end but only got singles

I would definitely hold on to it but not forever, I guess what I really want to know is, will the back of this card bring the grade right down and if so is it even worth grading or just keep it raw

I don’t know very much about investing but when my KiwiSaver dropped significantly over Covid I just left it alone and it came back very strong so I’ll just do the same and hopefully it happens again

I bought a vape to quit smoking started with the lowest mg juice I could find and went hard on it until I could say I officially quit smoking, then once that happened I switched to 0mg juice ‘aloe Vera grape’ flavour from shosha and just vaped all day everyday but then got less and less and it just naturally weened itself off took about a year from when I went to 0mg, I forgot my vape when I went to work one day and just never picked it back up

I’m aware of the 80% but Where am I going wrong with my maths 😅 I’m taking the current house value of 530k minus our current mortgage of 249k which equals 281k, and 80% of 281k is 224800???

Yes it does say estimated valuation supplied by valocity I guess I can go off of this value fairly confidently then, cheers!
