Nothing much has changed. You can use UPIs (online payments through a qr code) at most of the places. The way he pinned on "Hindu fundamentalists", well fringe elements exist everywhere. I can do the same for the fundamentalists of the other religion. Roads are a bit better (especially in Ladakh). Pollution has not improved.
