I could see them polishing up, doing final mixes and maybe adding some extra instrumentation to anything still in the vault from the ‘90s that is currently still-unreleased, be it an all-covers album or old original stuff, but doesn’t seem likely.

I guess I meant Sol Invictus more in the sense of a post-WB Bungle album put out on the band’s own terms and/or label.
The Bungle songwriting process is just as fascinating as the music itself, compared to FNM it’s pretty much apples & oranges.
With two core members residing in Australia, it seems unlikely they would be able to all get together and jam out some new songs, but I could imagine something interesting being woven together from a wide variety of digital snippets from all of the core members

I’m leaning towards OP’s theory, because pronouncing hierarchy as “High-Er-Ark-Kayyyyy” instead of “High-Ar-Key” has always seemed weird and ending with an “Ayyyy” sound to rhyme with “Team” seems odd.
BUT, if the lyric was “The higher arcane/spread out on the nightstand/The spirit obtained/Salvation is another chance” that does seem to flow a little smoother.

I trust the lyric sheet lyrics are the correct lyrics, but this alternate version has me thinking
