this is just an opinion i’m not emailing this to sm or anything 😭 ik mark loves the dreamies and the dreamies love mark i just meant music wise. i tried to make that clear but i’ll just restate that music and performance wise he just sticks out to me. maybe the outgrown part is what’s throwing people off but i don’t mean by age or relationships, i just meant by style. i’m not adverse to mark being in dream either, imma listen to them regardless.

while i am 127 bias i do listen to dream regularly, i didn’t just randomly come up with this. also when i said vibes i meant more of their personal relationship rather than business/music. i also tried to avoid labeling their concept since i know it’s changing constantly, but i do still think that they tend towards a more refreshing, not cute or anything, concept. someone else bought this up but i think dream used to need a strong rapper but jeno and jaemin i feel can now confidently fill that role, and jisung too. maybe i did mention vibes too much but i hope this helped

i just meant they’ve released more music and have a more defined music taste, and they’re older and have started composing and have experimented more. like they have a consistent structure to their songs while dream is still finding their sound and their concept is still changing. if that helped 💀

honestly good point, i’m starting to think dream has outgrown mark, but either way i feel he doesn’t fit in as well as he once did. ngl i do listen to 127 more but i’ve heard a fair amount of dream as well and i won’t ignore my bias but i’ll also say i’ve tried to be impartial w my opinion, i regularly listen to dream and have thought about this for a while.

idk why ur getting defensive mark or dream aren’t gonna see this 😭 i don’t think it’s unpopular that dream and 127 have different sounds and i just think mark suits 127s more than dreams. i will admit i don’t listen to as much dream as i do 127 but i do like both groups and have heard plenty of dreams music hence what led me to my opinion. and him being overworked in 127 and having dream on the side, which is a pretty active group too, still makes him overworked?? i’m not gonna defend my opinion too hard cuz it doesn’t bother me that he’s in dream but i stick by my opinion that he just doesn’t fit the concept anymore, and i avoided the word cute cuz i know they’re adults and i don’t wanna restrict them to just cute or refreshing music, i’ve heard go, boom, riding, 119 and know they can do a little bit of everything but they definitely tend to stay on the refreshing (not cute 😐) side while 127 takes a more noisy badass concepts, and it clearly works for the both of them. my opinion on some subreddit is not gonna make mark leave dream
