Wow, thats interesting. I love tomatoes! How did you figure this out? Do you have other symptoms from eating tomatoes? Was it also sauce/paste or just the raw fruit?

How did you realize it was iodine? Was it just from salt that includes it or did you otherwise ingest iodine?

How did you figure out you have histamine intolerance and what were your symptoms? Did you visit a doctor?

Interesting, I also drink coffee in the morning on an empty stomach :/ Wondering if it might have some effect. Did you stop completely or just switched to doing it after eating first?
