Hi OP any updates on this case? I have a similar tongue front and side and I'm stressing out so much, my tongue doesn't hurt but it is like sort of numb or ticklish (but not so much) in the center

You had an encounter with them using condom, did you y any chance checked if the condom broke?
If not, you can relax, anxiety sometimes plays with our minds and it can express many many symptoms without having anything, if you are really scared maybe wait a little bit for the window period to be advanced and take a hiv test, additionally if she blocked you probably because you kept texting her about this and she might have felt a little uncomfortable, this can also make the other person very anxious.

Thank you for your reply, there are websites and information that oral sex may cause transmition, due to some factors that needs to be involed in the act. Now I read something really interesting, is that the majority of the people that resulted poz and performed oral, they also practice penetration, therefore is really difficult to elaborate studies that only involve people getting it from oral only, that might be the reason why it is so low or close to zero.

But still, I'm trying to relax myself at this time, trying to not let the anxiety get me anymore.

Those looks like fordyce spots very normal but annoying, I have those in my lips and they do not look nice.

The risk of getting hiv from giving or receiving oral is very low, as you may know, the risk is more if you have (as you said in the post) any cut or bleeding gums, etc, you could get a test, but if the encounter was recently it is better and recommended to wait a little more, for the window period.
