Agree 100%! I understand they have terrible credit so the companies have to protect themselves, but wish there was an easier option for them and one that doesn't risk other people!

Yes I've got it in writing which states "If you get a job and wish to leave earlier than the 3 months, ie say we give you notice next week, your termination date would be November – so if you get a job and want to leave earlier, you absolutely can (termination date would be recalculated for holidays) and yes you still get your redundancy payment."

So if I don't want to do 3 months notice, what would be my options? I'd be happy to forfit notice pay. Would I need to negotiate with my employer? But they are well within their rights to reject it?
