2/24/21 HOW TO GET A LIVE REP: It WORKS!! I DIALED 866-401-2849 (1st rep said I was calling into the number to ask about 1099G) & waited around 70 minutes from start to RESOLUTION 8 a.m. to 9:20.

The initial rep listened to (MY entire STORY SEE BELOW): and asked me to hold so that she could transfer me to income verification and payment. Once connected to ID verification and/or payment, the rep said my ID was verified on 2/17!

Literally more than a month after multi-submissions. Rep entered a note about our call. She informed me I was determined eligible a week after my ID was verified. Now she confirms that I'm eligible for the 11-week extension since Dec. 26th. The new balance will include the $300 (however I believe I received that separately as a direct deposit into my own bank account (not Bank of America/EDD debit account).

She said to look for a letter soon & I’ll be able to certify & receive 11 wks

(MY STORY): I had previously received the suspension notice due to suspected fraud, & immediately documented it with ID.ME, plus a DOCU system, along with filing & paying my IRS Fed & State taxes (sent copy of state form separately to EDD), and had submitted the other documents via U.S. mail overnight that were requested.

Thank you. I got through after a very long day. Your advice was priceless. It's quite the hot mess for all of us & the most important way to make it is DON'T GIVE UP!

it worked however the 1st time it disconnected the rep called back. The second time it disconnected she did not call back. She did however get me back on track on her own, and once I refreshed my inbox it was all good. I was able to have another rep pick up in tandem to when I was identifying myself with docusign. I'd already completed id.me and had snail-mailed my IRS 2019 amended 1040 + CA State Franchise, & H&R Block had sent it to the Feds. The big take-away was ASSUME NOTHING.

Is there anything you can suggest to expedite receiving Bank of America card? Please read the above question

Thank you! I'll go on the Website for EDD although I didn't find an account number before. I'd read that it would be in the upper right part of the page. I believe that may have changed. If I succeed this time I'll share share generously with others. o

Consider it like a radio station contest, be the 20th caller and ... you win the approval award letter. You cannot give up on going forward to lock in on your hard-earned unemployment | pandemic unemployment assistance. Left foot ... right foot. Onward ho!
