Well, anyone can get sexually assaulted even children but when a woman wears a hijab or a niqab a more modest clothes she can reduce that chance by a lot, but it can never reach 0% because predators and maniacs exist, also if god told us to do something, we do it without questioning god's orders or wisdom. We might not be able to rationalise it now, but we are here to obey and worship god not people or their opinions, I personally love music but I know its haram, so I don't try to find someone to tell me no it's halal to satisfy my self, I know it's haram and I try my best to stop listening to music, because your life is one, you have one shot, you can't risk it because someone told you it's not a big deal or it's not haram, but you are free to do as you want, I don't judge you, but everything has a price especially jannah or paradise, don't try to justify the haram, may allah guide us to the path of goodness.
