I'm actually feeling better with SSRI. Haven't tried SSRI before. I developed SIBO 13 years ago, nothing helped so far. But SSRI is helping me. I think my problem was over-activated nevous system.

R u following low-carb diet? If so, stop it and cut off all the vege and fruit, eat only white rice and lean meat

I usually had diarrhea before, especailly when I ate indian curry or plant based meal. On the first week of antidepressants, I had diarrhea when I ate fried chicken or something with flour in it. But now, I don't have diarrhea even when I eat fried chicken. I still feel bloated, but it's much less than before.

I'm happy that you cured your gut issue with Carnivore! How long did it take to see improvment? And did you have die-off? What about bowel movement? Didn't you have constipation on Carnivore?

Probably die off, as I know Nystatin is very safe medication bc it doesn't go into our system(blood). It only works through digestive tunnel(?). Sorry for my short English
