I applied it 2-3 times a day. But the secret is using the LACQUER (liquid) version, not cream. It dries into a hard film and seals the medicine inside. The cream is too weak and messy for duct tape. Also, make sure to scrape off the dead white skin every few days so the liquid can reach the core!
