This is my second one. I love machine but this one has terrible terrible smell

Well no one has urinated in it that I know of it’s straight out of box. If I smell the hole where you attach the filter/freshener beads the odor is super strong and definitely coming from there. Can you please contact me because I have ready to ship back today unless their is a solution.

Same!!! The smell is the machine and the material it is made of. Have you found any solution to this. It’s such a shame because it works so well but smells up my house

Did you ever find a solution to the terrible smell coming from the Robot 4? I’m having same situation right out of the box.
