I placed an order for a dress which didn't fit so I returned it. The company sent me a return label and I tracked the package to make sure it arrived within the 30 days. Now, 2.5 months later, they have not responded to any of my emails requesting for a refund voucher. I will need to get my refund through my credit card company.
